That was Then, This is Now

I got so caught up in organizing my homework, making flashcards (I picked up my watercolors again to make them look different), and getting the paperwork sorted to begin review. This includes learning how to join a study group online, beginning to study and learning 20 more Medical Terminology. I have been getting my assignments started, as they are due a week before the next class. I also have been plotting hours of community clinic time all while planning and writing for the Blog to launch last night.  It is a good thing my niece did the design, and SO much more.  I felt it's best to decide a plan for how often I will write the blog.

I don't know how the other students will be doing it, most with work and children. I feel like a lightweight by even being overwhelmed. However, I was blessed with good intuition. Maybe that comes naturally or maybe all those year of dressing people in films made me "observe" things about a person. My job as a Costume Supervisor taught me to always look at the details. This will aid me in viewing the person's totality of signs not just the symptoms to find the correct remedy. That was then, this is now. Before I was dressing actors and documenting their clothing as the story unfolds. Now I will be finding the right remedy. The threads will come from the fabric of people's lives.
My heart. Your heart. The world's hearts.
So back to how often I will post: I plan for Monday, Wednesday and Friday. With that, I bid you a great weekend. Here is a picture of my favourite shape appearing naturally in Maui. Have the best "beating" moments of your life!
Eat something extra green today,
your mitochondria will thank you for it.

Mitochondria are sometimes described as "cellular power plants" because they generate most of the cell's supply of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), used as a source of chemical energy. (From Wikipedia)
