This is a Homeopathic Garden featured on Beth Landau-Halpern's website (see her link below). I don't know Beth but my friend Lydia, yes Lydia again, she is always helpful, referred me to her. When I asked about pictures, Lydia sent me this link. I thought what better way to tell you about Remedies than to start off with a picture and from Canada at that. I am Canadian, yup, listen to me now eh! And how wonderful that this garden resides in Canada, the country where I was born, lived most of my life and where almost all my family and friends live. Now I live in Los Angeles and my network of people remain available to me with the amazing and ever changing technology of our universe. How lucky am I? Everything for a reason I say, eh!
A Remedy is prescribed by your Homeopath. You can buy basic remedies in most places but let's not get too picky right now about that explanation. Remedies are usually take in minimum dose as prescribed. A remedy works gently, safely, it is non addictive and 100% natural. Remedies come from different families and have different themes. They are derived from three kingdoms: Plants, Animals and Minerals. That should be enough to get your juices flowing...
Yasgur's dictionary says this: as opposed to a drug or medicine, the homeopathic remedy does just that; it remedies a situation, causing symptoms (which are the expression of disease) to go away, leaving in their wake, a more healthy functioning individual.
"What validates homeopathy is not so much that the remedies work but that they exist as people."
- R. Moskowitz

Since writing this post, I was fortunate enough to speak with Beth about using her photo. Check out Beth's Website, its super informative. Something for me to aspire towards.
